Kamil and Komron talking about a police abuse

Kamil Areshov, Director of the charity organization “Dasti Yori” and Komron Asozoda, a volunteer of this organization informed NoTorture.Tj that on September 27, 2013, both of them along with the driver were arbitrarily detained and beaten by the Sino-1 district police department of Dushanbe.

This video was recorded in the second half of September 28th in Shohmansur district court before the trial, on the result of which the Judge H.Bahriddinov ruled on administrative arrest of Kamil Areshov, Komron Asozoda and Tohir Kholov for 5 days according to art. 460 of the Code of Administrative Offences (Disorderly conduct).
