Public Foundation "Tashabbusi hukuki", was registered on June 13, 2014 with the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. Purpose? (Mission?)

Promoting the establishment of civil society and the rule of law in Tajikistan through the implementation of projects and programs aimed at developing public participation, social partnership and government responsibility. Protection and promotion of human rights and freedoms in Tajikistan, through the use of effective international mechanisms for the protection of human rights (child rights); Raising awareness of human rights/child rights.

3. Areas of activity.

• Children's rights – protection of children's rights.
• Rehabilitation of persons subjected to torture and/or members of their families.
• Reform of the penitentiary system in Tajikistan
