Public Foundation "Notabene", was registered on December 18, 2009 with the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. Purpose? (Mission?)

Promoting the principles of human rights and the development of civil society.

3. Areas of activity.

Assessment of the human rights situation in Tajikistan and development of analytical materials in the field of law and human rights;
Analysis of national legislation for compliance with international human rights standards;
Development of teaching aids and other educational materials in the field of human rights;
Monitoring Tajikistan's compliance with international human rights obligations, preparing alternative reports and individual complaints to United Nations human rights bodies;
Increasing the capacity of civil society institutions to carry out activities based on human rights;
other activities in support of the promotion and protection of human rights.
